Due to some improvements in the power supply situation in Mindanao, the duration of the rotating brownouts in CEPALCO’s franchise area has reduced. CEPALCO taps MIESCOR to build 2×150 MVA Tagoloan Substation

The Cagayan Electric Power & Light Co., Inc. (CEPALCO) recently signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corp. (MIESCOR) for the construction of the 2×150 MVA, 138/69kV Tagoloan Substation. MIESCOR is a contractor-specialist engaged in engineering, construction and maintenance activities related to power generation, transmission and distribution and has a Category AAA contractor license. Shown above are MIESCOR President and CEO Mr. Angelito D. Bermudo (2nd from left) shaking hands with CEPALCO President and COO Consuelo G. Tion (center) and MIESCOR Senior Vice President Lucito R.
