This forum will talk about intentional strategic plan for growth of organic agriculture & urban gardening. It refers to a strategic mind set to develop organic agriculture. It also includes entrepreneurship as the key element of growth in small scale agriculture. The sharing includes an overview on the technical side of organic agriculture. It speaks about the interplay of four elements to compose an organic method, such as the farmer, the plants, livestock and good microbes. It explains how nature itself is the best substitute for harmful synthetic fertilizer and chemicals. CEPALCO Preparations for Midterm Elections Cited

In the desire to have an orderly, peaceful and credible national elections last May 13,  government agencies and the private sector  in Northern Mindanao coordinated and undertook joint election preparations. For CEPALCO, intensive preparations were undertaken to ensure a brownout-free election, especially in the different voting precincts and COMELEC offices within its service area. CEPALCO, represented by SVP and Customer Services Division Head Mr. Ralph U. Paguio together with Mr. Carlito L. Hembrador Jr (CSD), Engr. Cezmar Ramil P. Bacarro (CSD), Engr. Eulogio B. Sevilla Jr. (SOD), and Engr. Paul Labis (OHSS) attended several coordination meetings called by COMELEC, the PNP and the AFP. CEPALCO prepared contingency measures to monitor and quickly respond to any line disturbances or emergency troubles during the election period. Former CEPALCO PSHS Scholar Tops April 2019 Electrical Engineer Board Exam

Christian Yecyec Cahig, a CEPALCO Philippine Science High School (PSHS) scholar who graduated last March 2013 topped the April 2019 Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination with a rating of 93.50 percent. A native of Villanueva, Misamis Oriental, Cahig is a son of a janitor and a hcousewife. He is the first summa cum laude graduate of the College of Engineering of Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He was a high school scholar of CEPALCO at PSHS from 2009-2013.
