NOTICE TO CEPALCO CUSTOMERS   The National Transmission Corporation (TRANSCO) and Cagayan Electric Power & Light Company, Inc. [CEPALCO] would like to inform its valued customers and the public in general of a scheduled Public Hearing to be conducted by the Energy Regulatory Commission [ERC] In The Matter of the Application for the Approval of the Sale of Various Sub-transmission Lines/Assets of the National Transmission Corporation (TRANSCO) to Cagayan Electric Power and Light Company, Inc. 2 July 2016 NOTICE to Customers   CEPALCO to Adopt a Compressed Work-Week Schedule For NON-FRONTLINE Depts. Starting July 4, 2016   The Cagayan Electric Power & Light Company, Inc. (CEPALCO) would like to inform its customers and the public in general that starting July 4, 2016, the non-frontline departments of the company will be adopting a compressed work-week schedule [9 working hours from Monday to Thursday and 8 working hours on Fridays], thereby eliminating work on Saturday mornings.   The FRONTLINE DEPTS however which include customer servicing, service applications and tellering for bill payments WILL CONTINUE WITH THE EXISTING OFFICE HOURS WHICH INCLUDE SATURDAY MORNINGS IN ALL CEPALCO OFFICES.   Similarly, CEPALCO’s 24-Hour Customer Service Center will remain operational.   We hope all CEPALCO customers and the public in general will be guided by this announcement.     Released by:     Marilyn A. A. TIME OF INTERRUPTION : 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12 HOURS) AFFECTED AREAS : MANDUMOL, UPPER MACASANDIG, LOWER SUMPONG From Creekside, Macasandig crossing Tibasak, including Che-Che Store towards Mandumol. St. Mary’s School, Aluba Subd., Buena Oro, Southview, Woodland and Melecia Homes, Arroville and all of Taguanao. CEPALCO Safety Officer Gets GKK Bronze Award

Engr. Teodoro V. Cahoy, Safety and Security Officer of the Cagayan Electric Power and Light Co. (CEPALCO) was recently presented with the Gawad Kaligtasan at Kalusugan (GKK) Bronze Award – Individual Category by the Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC), an attached agency of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). The awarding was held last October 27, 2014 at the OSHC Auditorium, Quezon City. GKK is a national award given by the DOLE in recognition of the outstanding achievements of establishments and individuals in terms of responding to the safety and health needs of workers, workplaces, and the community.
