CEPALCO Energy Services & Trading Corporation [CESTCO], formerly known as Claveria Trading & Development Corporation, was established in 1974 for the principal purpose of acting as a general merchandise company.

Today, CESTCO has evolved into one company that is engaged in the trading of high quality kwh meters, distribution transformers, automatic circuit reclosers, steel poles and several other T & D equipment and hardware. As an authorized channel of G.E. Phils. for meters and Schneider Electric Phils. for a wide variety of low and medium voltage products, CESTCO can provide after-sales service to its clients which mainly consist of electric cooperatives, private utilities, and various Transco districts nationwide. The company has started a number of programs to expand its line of products to include current and potential transformers, meter sockets, cut outs, some testing equipment and other products that the clients use in their operations.
