CEPALCO Energy Services & Trading Corporation [CESTCO], is a company engaged in the distribution of high quality kWh meters, meter sockets, cut-outs, distribution transformers, current and potential transformers, automatic circuit re-closers, test equipment and a wide range of other transmission and distribution equipment and hardware.

CESTCO is the authorized distributor of General Electric (GE) for kWh meters and Cooper Power Systems™ automatic circuit re-closers, power capacitors, automatic voltage regulators and switchgear in the Philippines.

CESTCO provides excellent after-sales service to its clients composed of electric cooperatives, private distribution utilities, private and government corporations nationwide. It is the authorized service center of Cooper Power Systems in the Philippines

CESTCO is into energy efficiency services such as system loss reduction projects, energy surveys, audits and feasibility studies. Its Energy Services Division (ESD) constructs transmission lines up to 138kV, does sub-station installation, substation repair-calibration, including the rental of heavy equipment. The division has an excellent service track record having constructed and repaired several substations all over the country and has constructed several kilometres of transmission and sub-transmission lines.
