Emergency Switching Interruption tomorrow, June 16, 2017

Please be advised that there will be an early morning Switching Interruption tomorrow, June 16, 2017 from 5:00AM to 6:00AM (1 HOUR) affecting areas served by Kauswagan Feeders 1 and 2; and Aluba Feeders 1 and 2. This is to facilitate LOAD TRANSFER and NORMALIZATION of said feeders.

Last night, June 14, 2017, an unscheduled interruption occurred at around 8:40pm affecting Kauswagan Feeders 1 and 2, Aluba Feeders 1 and 2, and Pueblo Feeders 1 and 2 due to a tarpaulin which came in contact with our 69kV primary line located along Lapasan Highway during the heavy downpour. To isolate the area where the tarpaulin came in contact with our primary line, all Kauswagan and Aluba Feeders were temporarily transferred to M2-Jasaan Supply, thereby restoring power in said areas. All Kauswagan Feeders were restored at around 10:13pm; Aluba Feeders restored at around 10:45pm; and Pueblo Feeders around 11:19pm.

The switching tomorrow is to facilitate normalization of all feeders of Kauswagan and Aluba Substation back to M3-Natumulan Supply.

Please see details below.
